Magazines.

What magazines do you subscribe to?

Mine are:
~ life and style (brain candy)
~ cosmopolitan
~ money (gift from my dad)
~ parenting
~ playboy
~ sports illustrated (for my hubby)
~ rolling stone
~ maxim

Wow. That's quite a bit. And I recently chose not to renew glamour, espn and better homes & gardens.

Now it's your turn to tell me what mags you get.

None! I used to get a bunch....parenting, soap opera digest, people, home and garden, BASS (T's), In Fisherman (T's), Saltwater Fisherman (T's). But in an effort to cut back on spending I have not renewed them in 2 years now.

I don't subscribe to any, but last spring I randomly started to get 'O' Magazine. I have no idea who got me a subscription and no one will claim it! I don't really like the magazine very much, so it usually goes unread. I hope whomever it is doesn't renew it next year!!

I just subscribed to a couple new ones. I get People, Parenting, Parents, Good Housekeeping, Better Homes and Gardens, National Geographic Kids, Women's Health. My husband gets Men's Health, Triathlete, and Triathlon. I think that's it. I only subscribe when I can get a really good deal.

Food Network and Whole Living. I used to subscribe to Oprah, but I never finished an issue, so I canceled it. I buy an occasional Yoga Fit magazine, but don't subscribe.

Yes and I know it's been forever since I commented on your blog! I just get busy and leave blogland now and then. Sorry!

I do all that kind of reading online now, but in the past I've subscribed to Cooks Magazine and American Bungalow. Subscribed to YM when I was a teenager!

Mothering is the only one I subscribe to, and my MIL continues to renew Parents and Parenting despite the fact I don't like them.

I subscribe to Sunset, Martha Stewart Living, Everyday Food, Glamour and Self. Airline miles come in handy for some things! :)

I think it's funny you clarified that Sports Illustrated was for hubby and not Playboy.

hehehe....

Oh.. I subscribe to the usual. Woman's Day, Parenting, All You and 5280. I love my moments of "Mommy is reading a magazine - go play" moments.. :0

I used to subscribe to tons, but let most of the subscriptions go in order to economize.

Right now, I think I only get Lucky, Real Simple and Mothering (which was a gift subscription). I'm going to resubscribe to Martha Stewart though, because I'm a freak like that.

None and I have rarely ever gotten subscriptions in the past either. The most likely canidate right now is a renewal of the Food Network magazine that my sister got me for christmas two years ago (it's not monthly).

I love looking at magazines in the grocery store check out line though! :)

We get Entertainment Weekly, GameInformer (hubby), and Parenting. I also get Real Simple (gift from my sister). I used to like getting US Weekly and People, but had to stop those a few years back to cut down on expenses. I haven't even finished an issue of anything in months, so I think I've met my max. Plus I read books!!

We used to subscribe to Playboy but stopped that one too. I miss it - besides all the fun sexy stuff, it had a useful article on the right way to make the perfect cheeseburger ("Playboy Burgers") and that's how we cook them. ;)

EW, US Weekly, Rachael Ray, TV Guide, Food Network, Rolling Stone, Mens Health, Motortrend, Guitar Mag. Those are the ones off the top of my head. Hubby's mom works for a mag subscription place, so we can get some discounts. I have had some trouble getting through some of them lately because I am so busy! I cant imagine after the baby comes. I have to read my books too! Plus, my tv, and oh, I guess I better raise my kids too. Lol. :)

Everyday Food (I use recipes from this every month) and BrainChild. I want to get a subscription to In Style.

I've gotten a lot of subscriptions for free or less than $3 through deals I find on blogs. I share my subscriptions with other people. I get Better Homes and gardens, Ladies Home Journal, redbook, Shape, Kiplinger's Personal Finance, All You (has lots of coupons), Taste of Home Light and Tasty.

Not as as interesting as your list, but we get the New Yorker, Self, Harper's, the Economist, and a bunch of trade psychology and physician pubs. Boring...maybe need to add a lifestyle mag or two...

I only get Parents. I don't even get catalogs anymore since we never buy anything!
I will peruse the first few pages of a people in the checkout- but I never want to buy one. Thanks internet!

Lucky (the magazine about shopping - my guilty pleasure), ReadyMADE, The Economist, New Yorker, Body and Soul, PWI (pro wrestling illustrated), Bust, Cooking Illustrated, Eating Well, and a ton from places we donate to, like Audobon (sp?), Natl Parks, Nature Conservancy....

And we get the leftovers from M's parents: Self, Sports Illustrated, ESPN

I get Sunset magazine--it's my fav because I'm a travel junkie and it highlights small, off the beaten path type places.
