I'm losing it!

I'm down another two pounds this week. Yay! I'm sitting at 136 lbs. So I've lost 14 lbs on my diet so far.

I shouldn't say diet, since I'm still eating anything I want. I'm just eating less of it. Portion control is where its at. It takes awhile for your body to get used to it and I didn't lose any weight for the first 3-4 weeks, but now its just melting off. I'm glad I stuck with it. Only 6 more pounds to go. I'm so damned proud of myself. Toot! Toot!

Today is house cleaning and laundry day. How do you spell boring? What are all of you doing on this fine Tuesday?

Also doing laundry and cleaning. I think I'll be doing it all week long. In-laws coming this weekend.

Congrats on the weight loss!! That's awesome! Portion control is so key... and hard to get used to. Good for you!

I'm being a tad lazy today. My big project today is a new recipe for pot roast. We'll see how it turns out.

It was my first day at the new job today. Actually kind of boring in a sense since I'm not really into anything yet & there's only so long you can set up your cubicle office!

I'm really proud of you for the weight loss! I am down about 9 pounds with another 5-10 to go. More importantly- I went out this weekend in brand new size 8 jeans! Not my goal size- but my 'I'd be ok in this' size!

Woohoo! It really is all about portion control. Calories in versus calories out. I'm trying weight watchers right now, just because I need a kick in the butt to get motivated to lose weight.
