300

Post number 300 and just a little thing to say. Nothing like 300 scantly clad men fighting off an entire army.

I've taken my very last birth control pill for this IVF cycle. Now it's time to wait for AF and stims to start this weekend.

"I find myself so excited I can barely sit still or hold a thought in my head." (any guesses as to who said that in what movie? no googling the answer!)

and yes, i still am planning on getting back to the adoption post.

Ummm, Jack Nicholson in "The Shining"? Jack Nicholson in "A Few Good Men"? Jack Nicholson in "As Good as it Gets"?

Wow -- 300!

Morgan Freeman as he sits in a bus on the way to Saywhantenao (phonetically spelled)in The Shawshank Redemption. LOVE THAT MOVIE!
Good luck, I remember the excited anticipation as we started out on our first IVF cycle - filled with hope and possibilities.
Cheers, Kristen

The Shawshank Redeption. Red said it at the end of the story on the way to see Andy Dufresne in Zihuatenajo, Mexico. The written short story was the first in Stephen King's collection called "Four Past Midnight." It was originally titled "Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption." I held my breath through the whole movie with the hope that they would actually show Red making it to Andy; in the book, it was left open ended and you were left to guess whether he was reunited with Andy or not. I didn't cheat - this is obviously one of my favorites, both book and movie.

Stims...not wishing 300 follicles, but a respectable number just the same. :)

Nothing like taking your last BC pill and thinking of scantily clad Spartans to get your follicles a-stimulated. ;-)

Congrats on your 300th post!!

OMG.. I know that quote is from Shawshank Redemption. He is on the bus going to meet Tim Robbins after being released from prison. I never get these things but this one I knew!!

I'm wishing you a fruitful follie count this cycle.

Love the movie! (not 300 - Shawshank Redption) I am so excited for you lady!!! You have probably never anticipated (positively) a period so much in your life, huh? It is on!

Hi, cycle buddy. I, too, am as excited as Morgan Freeman in The Shawshank Redemption. My protocol differs a little from yours; I took my last BCP today, will do two days of diluted Lupron staring Friday, and then begin stimming right along with you on Sunday. It's moving along so fast now!
