U/S #15 update.

I went in for my weekly ultrasound this morning. And let me say again, that although I wish I had no problems at all, getting to see my little man everyweek is pretty fucking cool.

I felt some crazy strong kicking moves last night and this morning, he felt different, as I was getting poked on the complete right side of my belly. As soon as she started the u/s, I knew he wasn't breech anymore. I said "Oh! He's not breech!" and she said "Nope, he sure isn't. He's not head down yet, but he's trying to get there!" Looks like he is transverse for the moment, with his head a little lower than his legs, so he's pointing down a tad bit. Definitely going in the right direction, so YAY! Already such a good boy, listening to his momma.

Since he had moved, he was in a better position to take a 3D picture of his face, but the problem was he had his umbilical cord right in front too! So here is a picture, but it's blurry due to the cord. For those who can't see it - it's just like any normal black and white picture. It's shows his entire head. The bottom half of the picture is his arm/cord.

Can you see his chubby cheeks? The tech said 3D u/s does make babies look chubbier than they really are, but then she pointed out how chubby his cheeks were on 2D, so she thinks they really are quite chubby.

Everything else checked out just fine. Wish me luck for my 3 hour GTT in the morning!

Glad you got to see the baby and he's doing ok in there. Hopefully he'll keep migrating downwards. Good luck on the GTT.

So cute. Okay, maybe these days I'm just able to make out u/s pics better. I don't know. I have been seeing some the cutest u/s pics lately. Those are really some chubby cheeks. Too cute.

Keep moving down kiddo!

Blech, hope the GTT goes easily- I don't think I can ever drink orange pop again after it though...

I love chubby cheeked babies, but maybe I'm biased because I have one. ;) Congrats on such a cute little boy. I can't wait to see such cute pictures of him...well I can wait a few months. :)
