Gall bladder?

OMG! Oh no, I hoped something wasn't wrong, but that was my gut feeling when we didn't hear from you. Damn it all to hell. I hope it's nothing serious!

PS, could be your appendix. My mom had appendicitis shortly after the birth of my brother.

?Gall bladder??

The shoulder pain is because something is irritating your diaphragm at the top of your abdomen- it gets referred to your shoulder. On the right side the favourite suspect is the gallbladder (especially given you've been pregnant recently), but could also be a number of other things. Anything that irritates the periotneum (eg inflamed appendix- although the appendix is usually retrocaecal and gives right lower quandrant pain not upper, perforated ulcer, liver). Can also be potentially right lung.

I'm assuming the u/s was not diagnostic for stones, and that's why you've scored a CT.

Good luck. Update when you can.

Here's hoping it's something "easy" like your gall bladder. I had mine out not too long after my first pg and it was briefly awful followed by wonderful.
